25 years ago, two teachers, Mr. Berger and Ms. Bell, buried a time capsule in the wall of the Fleetwood Campus building. The time capsule was to be opened by the graduating class in 2022. This past Monday, Mr. Berger and some of the alumni from his Grade 8 class returned to open the time capsule with the Grade 7 students. Our students were able to experience the reactions of the alumni as they discovered what was in the time capsule and relive some of their memories and experiences as they looked through photos. The Grade 7 students at the Fleetwood Campus will be creating their own time capsule, to be sealed behind the wall by Mr. Williams’ office during their last week of school.
