Our Secondary Campus is now accepting applications for a part time (40%) position as an assistant to our academic counsellor. The successful candidate will begin at 20% from January-June 2022, and then at 40% in September 2022. Some summer hours will be required. Some seasons in the school year require more hours than others, so there is flexibility in terms of banking hours.

Main duties will include:

  • Liaising with the Ministry of Education
    • Submitting all academic marks and requirements for Grade 10-12 students
    • Maintaining student transcripts including courses taken externally
    • Keeping up to date with ministry requirements re: course codes, graduation requirements etc.
  • Assisting with the course registration process including updating academic handbooks
  • Managing academic information (courses and timetable) in the student information system (MySchool)
  • Providing administrative support for the Career Education initiatives
  • Assisting the academic counsellor as needed

Our Secondary Campus is now accepting applications for a full-time interim shop teacher from January 27 – June 30. The job will require teaching the following courses:

  • Woodwork 11/12
  • Woodwork 10 (multiple sections)
  • Powertech 10

The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Implementation of curriculum in above mentioned classes.
  • Providing ongoing assessment and feedback.
  • Being responsible for the safety, wellbeing, and learning of the students who are in the classes being taught.
  • Ensuring that the shop stays clean, and that tools are maintained and safe for use.

We are currently accepting applications for an elementary campus assistant principal (approximately 40% administrative time and 60% teacher) to assist our current principal in leading and empowering the faculty and staff team of 60+ members. She/he will report directly to the Fleetwood Campus principal and work collaboratively with both the Fleetwood Campus administrative team as well as the broader administrative team (principals and assistant principals from the Grades K-7 Cloverdale Campus and Grades 8-12 Secondary Campus, the superintendent, learning leader team, and director of educational support services) to provide leadership to the broader school community.

The successful candidate will have proven strengths in many of the following areas:

  • integration of biblical worldview in education

Education Assistant

Education Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Education Assistant to join our Cloverdale team for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year. As Education Assistant your responsibilities will include working with students with special needs and/or other learning needs. This could include working in a classroom, in a one-to-one setting, or working in the Learning Assistance room. EA certification and/or relevant courses an asset.
