Grade 7 students have been learning about biodiversity and, in particular, the role that salmon play in BC’s intricate food web. As a learning experience and as a service to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans our students are helping care for 55 Coho salmon eggs that we will see through to the fry stage of development, when they will be released into the Serpentine River.
