We’re accepting applications for Kindergarten-Grade 12!
Once you have carefully reviewed our mission and vision, and admissions policy, we ask you to complete an inquiry form. View our Admissions Policy. Children at SCS, like other children in British Columbia, may start kindergarten in September of the year they turn five years old.
Step 2: Application
After a consultation, a tour, or visiting an open house, we encourage you to submit an application. Please contact our admissions office to receive a link where you may create an account to gain access to our online application process. All forms must be completed and submitted with the required documents for your application to be considered.
Our office will contact you to set up a family interview once your application has been reviewed. Students must be present at the interview along with their parents or guardians.
The offer of acceptance letter is issued once an interview process has been successfully completed. The decision to accept a student is based on several factors including the school’s ability to meet a student’s need, classroom capacity, and specialized program capacity. There may be a wait pool for some grade levels.
To complete your child’s registration, 10% of the annual tuition is required 1 week after receiving your offer of acceptance letter, this will be applied to your first month’s tuition. The deposit is non-refundable.

The date for our New Parent Orientation will be on your offer of acceptance, please mark this on your calendar. This event is mandatory and part of your family’s acceptance to our school. Kindergarten orientation takes place in May. There will be a new student orientation the week before school starts in September.
