Experiencing new places, cultures, and people is one way students live into Surrey Christian School’s mission statement: “Engaging God’s World in the Servant Way of Jesus.”

At various times throughout their years at SCS, students have the opportunity to travel for an enriched learning experience on curriculum-based trips. These opportunities include travel to New York to visit world class art museums, a trip to England to see a Shakespeare play performed in Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, a leadership skills development retreat on Thetis Island, and others.

Our students also participate in Intercultural Learning Trips which are connected to our sister schools in Sierra Leone and Honduras: Kabala Christian School and Juan Calvino Christian School. Our partnerships with these schools foster relationships that are truly enriching, offering both our students and our partners opportunities for growth and learning.
